Calling All Reading Street Teachers! Organizational Freebie!

We have so been MIA lately.  Sorry about that! Last week was our first full week off.  The week before that we were in PD most of the week so needless to say we have needed some down time.  However, I have not been able to wrap my head around down time so I have been working on some things here and there.  I am trying to get way more organized this year. I have seen how so many use binders and I thought what a great idea since I feel like I have no idea what is in my file cabinet.  So my first organizational binders are for my Reading Street Units.  I use many things I find on blogs and pinterest with our Reading Street stories so this was the perfect way to organize all that stuff by unit and story.  So I made covers and all that to go in these binders and here they are for you for FREE if you are a Reading Street teacher.  Click the pic below to pick the packet up on TPT.  Please consider leaving some feedback on TPT or here if you find the download useful. ( We use the new Common Core version so if you have an older version some stories are different, but if you email we the info on the stories that are different I would be glad to change it for those that want it.)

I have so many more projects to go and I so want to get back into my room, but it has not been waxed yet.  Here is my next project for my room that I found on pinterest:
The Infamous Crate Seats

Has anyone made these and/or used them?  I would love to know how well they work.  They are just so stinking cute.

I will be back periodically with freebies and some new products throughout the summer.  I will leave you with this photo which shows the way Melissa and I spent the afternoon on the last day of school.
Yep in the Sonic Drive In with the top down on the jeep on our last day as a team (We have all been split up next year).  That is how we roll!!!!!!

  2. I printed off your reading street covers. I love them. Thank you so much. I was wondering if you could whip up the Ready, Set, Go, review notebook cover that reviews all kindergarten skills. Thanks.
